Trips covered by health insurance – and more
We will get you to all your important appointments safely, comfortably and on time – many journeys are covered by your health insurance.
These include, among others:
- Trips to inpatient hospital treatments
- Trips to dialysis appointments
- Trips to chemotherapy or radiation therapy treatments for cancer patients
- Trips for people with permanently reduced mobility from care level 3
- Journeys for people with severely disabled person's ID card (mark code "aG", "Bl" or "H")
In addition, we also carry out journeys that are not covered by health insurance and must be paid for privately, for example restaurant visits, private occasions or personal errands.

- A doctor's prescription is required.
- Only costs up to and from the nearest suitable treatment facility will be covered.

How are your vehicles equipped?
All our vehicles have a loading ramp and can transport wheelchairs (including electric ones) and stretcher chairs.
